The Brut Grand Cru is a blend of three grape varieties selected only in the "Terroirs" Grand Cru: 35% Chardonnay (10% barrel), 60% Pinot Noir, 5% Pinot Meunier.
Characteristics of this wine:
Visual: fine bubbles beautiful strip of foam - champagne color with golden
Nose: Subtle and balanced aromas of red fruits, lemons, spices, herbs and toast bread.
Taste: This Brut Grand Cru is known for providing excellent agreement between "Terroirs" and delicacy
Serving suggestions:
This elegant champagne is appreciated as an aperitif or with a meal at a temperature of 9° to 11°. It can be kept 3 to 5 years in the dark at a temperature of 10° to 15°.

This delicate rosé salmon-light is a blend of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier.
Characteristics of this wine:
Visual: a beautiful salmon color with a fine and persistent foam
Nose: The nose offers an array of red fruits, berries, pear and hints of tobacco
Taste: This rosé rich, full bodied and well balanced is perfect as an aperitif or to accompany a meal

It can be kept 3 to 5 years in the dark at a temperature of 10° to 15°.
